How to read our reviews (and any clinic’s)
A high score is a good start, but the detail tells you more. When you read reviews of a dental clinic in Turkey, including ours, try this:
- Read the critical ones first Every busy clinic gets some. What matters is what went wrong and how the clinic responded. Did it reply, and did it offer to put things right?
- Look for your treatment Search the reviews for “implant”, “All-on-6” or “crowns”. Someone describing the same treatment you are planning is more useful than a general compliment.
- Check the dates Implant reviews written months after the second trip say more about the final result than those written on the day of surgery.
- Notice patterns One comment is an anecdote. The same point made by many people, good or bad, is a pattern.
What we do with feedback
We read every review. Where a patient is unhappy, we try to contact them, look at their records and offer a solution under our guarantee where it applies. If you are a patient and something is not right, please message your coordinator first so we can help directly.
Why we do not use testimonials or before-and-after photos here
This site does not carry patient quotes or before-and-after photos. Results depend on each person’s mouth, and a gallery can only ever show the best outcomes. We would rather you judge us on our reviews, our written plan and our dentists. If you want to see examples of work for a treatment like yours, ask your coordinator during your consultation.

Common questions
Why don’t you show reviews on this website?
Reviews copied onto a clinic’s own website can be picked selectively. Reading them on Trustpilot lets you see every review, the dates and our replies, which tells you more.
Are the reviews genuine?
Trustpilot lets any customer write a review, runs its own checks against fake reviews and lets anyone report a review they think is not genuine.
Can I speak to a past patient?
We do not pass on patients’ contact details. Many reviewers on Trustpilot describe their treatment in detail, and you can read our replies.
What should I look for in dental reviews?
Look at reviews from a year or more after treatment, how the clinic dealt with problems, and whether the same strengths or complaints come up again and again.
